All Kaiwaka garments carry an unconditional warranty against faulty fabrics and workmanship. In these instances your garments will be repaired or replaced free of charge at our discretion.We offer a free repair service for your small rips, tears and faulty zips. Your garments need to reach us in a clean state, for Health and Safety reasons we will need to return these to you if they have not been suitably washed and dried. Please note that this service is currently only available in New Zealand and the United Kingdom.
