Our gear is built to last, and stand the test of time. In NZ we also offer a repair service which can extend the life of your garments even longer.
Every garment is worn differently and used in different ways, so the length of time the garment will last varies by circumstance. However, to get the best life out of your garment it needs to be washed on a regular basis (using our recommended washing & storage instructions).

All purchases in New Zealand include GST. Anypurchases made from outside of New Zealand do not incur New Zealand Goods and Services Tax (GST). However, your purchase may be subject to local sales taxes, and duties. You will be responsible for the additional payment of these.

No, items are not placed on back order and we try to avoid offering products that are not in stock. However, if you sign up for the email notification when an item is out of stock, then we will notify you when stock is available.

Once an order has been placed in our system you cannot change the address. There is a small window from the time you place the order to the point it is ready to be shipped out that we can try and update the address for you, but you will need to be quick!

You will be able to track your order from Kaiwaka Clothing as soon as it leaves our factory. You should receive a shipping email, if you have not please contact our customer service team.

For New Zealand orders:please allow 2-3 working days for most urban addresses. And allow an extra 2 days for rural delivery. For international orders please allow up to 2 weeks.

Yes, we ship right around the world. We use UPS for international couriers.

Duties or import taxes may apply to your order depending on the country you are sending the products too, and the type of products you are ordering. You will be notified once the order arrives in your country, and you are responsible for paying these taxes or duties should they occur.
