At Kaiwaka Clothing we pride our self on the workmanship of all our garments. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a refund/replacement or exchange within 30 days of purchase (as long as it’s in original condition).
Refunds are repaid using the mechanism in which the payment was accepted (e.g. Credit Card, Afterpay). Refunds will be processed within 5 working days from receipt into our warehouse.
If the garment is faulty in anyway you can send it back, up to 30 days post purchase, for either an exchange or refund. Please contact our Customer Service desk (NZ 0800 524 9252, AU 1 800 338 374) to receive a return ticket to send the product back to us free of charge. If 30 days or more have elapsed since the purchase date, then we will process any faults under our Repairs Policy, which you can find a link for in the footer of our website.
We want the gear to work as hard as you do. In order to do that it needs it fit right and be comfortable for you. If you need to exchange your product for a bigger or smaller size, please feel free to send the garment back to us using the address below, with a note advising the correct size you require and a return address.
